Nancy Cafarelli

OBITUARY:

Nancy Elizabeth Cafarelli, age 65, of Portage, MI died August 7, 2012 in her home. Nancy was born June 13, 1947, in Detroit, MI to Lee Arthur Worley and Dorothy (Lawrance) Worley. Nancy was a loving wife to the late John Cafarelli and caring mother to her four children: Margaret Cafarelli of Phoenix, AZ, Brian Cafarelli of Champaign, IL and Catherine Cafarelli of Portage, MI and Anthony Cafarelli of Kalamazoo, MI. Nancy spent most of her working career as an administrative assistant in the automobile industry. Nancy loved watching sports such as football and her greatest passion was for hydroplane boat racing with her family and friends. Nancy or "Mama C." was well known for her expert culinary skills that produced the world's greatest chocolate chip cookies known to man. Viewing will be held from 2-4 pm on August 11, 2012 at Whitley Memorial Funeral Home, 330 N. Westnedge Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49007.
