CARTER, BENNIE Bennie Lee Carter, age 66, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully at his home under the Loving care of his family. Bennie was employed with the city of Grand Rapids and retired in 2008. Bennie married Mary Lee Featherson on June 19, 1999. Public viewing will be held on Friday August 10, 2012 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Ivy K. Gillespie - Moody Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE. Funeral services will be held on Saturday August 11, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Ivy K. Gillespie - Moody Memorial Chapel. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services. Ivy K.
