LIFESTORY:
Mary E. Weise Jasinski, 82, of Alpena, died Saturday June 16, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Mary was born August 28, 1929 in Ironton, OH to William and Anna Elizabeth (Riggs) Ruggles. She was a very active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, a Past Matron of the Order of Eastern Stars, VFW Post #2496 Auxiliary Cooties, and volunteered with the Hospital Auxiliary. She loved reading, watching NASCAR, crocheting and most importantly, spending time with family.
Surviving are her children; Maryanna (Richard) Miller, John Zagorski both of Alpena, Peggy Zagorski of Kalamazoo, MI, William Zagorski of Portland, TX, Timothy Claseman of Corpus Christie, TX, Jane (Robert) Wachterhauser of Lansing, MI, Rev. Debra (John) Harrington of Batavia, IL, Pam (Robert) Murphy of LaGrange, IN, Cathy Jo (Steven) Roznowski of Alpena, Susan (Jonathan) Rice of Chesapeake, VA, Harold (Jessica) Weise, Jr. of Alpena, 20 grandchildren; Kristie (Tom) Larsen, Daniel “DJ” (Jeanette) Pilarski II, Lisa Zagorski, Amy (Josh) Thomas, Nicole Zagorski, John Zagorski, Becky Zagorski, Anna Allen, Will Zagorski, R.J. Wachterhauser, Matthew Wachterhauser, Kyle (Lauren) Harrington, Stephanie Harrington, Senior Airman Justin Murphy, Nicole Murphy, Britt Roznowski, Cassandra Roznowski, Petty Officer E4 Nicholas Rice, Alexandria Rice, Austin Rice, ten great-grandchildren; Connor Wachterhauer, Joslynn Larsen, Natalie Larsen, Abbie Larsen, Katie Pilarski, Ashley Wyser, Catherine Allen, Ashley Allen, Teter Allen, Samantha Allen and three sisters; Vickie Vencill, Anna Rose Berg, Hazel Freida Daubenspeck many nieces and nephews and her granddogs: Ginger, Cinnamon and Honey. She was preceded in death by husbands; John Zagorski, Harold Weise, Sr., Ted Jasinski, a daughter, Marilyn, a son, Harold R. Weise II, a son-in-law, Dan Pilarski, a brother and two sisters.
Mary is at McWilliams Funeral Home – Alpena where friends will gather on Tuesday from 2:00-8:00 pm and on Wednesday June 20, 2012 at Trinity Episcopal Church from 1:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm with Rev. Bruce Michaud officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church or Hospice of Michigan.
