Amy Borgman, age 90, of Zeeland, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011, at Hospice House of Holland.
Amy was born December 3, 1920, in Noordeloos to John A. and Fredrika Van Den Bosch. She married Alvin J. Borgman Sr. and they were life-long members of First Christian Reformed Church of Zeeland. Alvin preceded Amy in death in 1980.
Amy is survived by her children, Carl and Estela Borgman, Patricia Borgman, Al Borgman Jr., Jayne Borgman; grandchildren and great- grandchildren, Steven Borgman, Tracy and Brandon Jurries ( Anika), Shaun and Melanie Peterson, Justin Hatchner, Nick and Sherri Wabeke, Daryl and Katie Heyboer (Luke Michael Heyboer, Keith Heyboer, Melissa Heyboer); siblings, Fred and Carol Van Den Bosch, Ruth Vander Bie, John Van Den Bosch; inlaws, Ruth De Kraker, Ada Timmer, Emily Russell; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2011, at First Christian Reformed Church, 15 S. Church Street, Zeeland. Rev. Bernard Mulder will officiate. Burial was in Zeeland Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Holland or the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are by Yntema Funeral Home, 251 S. State Street, Zeeland.
