OBITUARY:

KAMPS - Mr. Willis D. Kamps, aged 84, of Coopersville, was called home to his Lord Thursday, March 18, 2010 at his home. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy in 2000, and brothers, Edward and Abel Kamps. Surviving are his sons, Willis (Molly) Kamps, James (Jeannette) Kamps, and Ronald (Becky) Kamps; grandchildren, Melanie (Brad) Howard, Michael (Erika) Kamps, Emily (Eric) Schroeder, Nicholas (Jennifer) Kamps, Joshua Kamps, and Ann (Troy) Rakosky; greatgrandchildren, Ella, Ralyne, Madeline, Michael, Isabelle, Ethan, Hayden, Gracie, Nathan, Claire, Shawn, and Lucy; brothers and sister, Clarence (Sadie "Rena") Kamps, Gradys (Shirley) Kamps, Gertrude (Ed) Vanderkolk, and Gene (Flora) Kamps; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Monday 11 a.m. at Lamont Christian Reformed Church with Rev Ron Meyer officiating. Burial in Coopersville Cemetery.
