One of the many things I remember about Al is going to their farm and watching them sheer the sheep. It was very fascinating to watch and Al always had good stories to tell. One could tell, just by talking to him that he really loved his life on the farm.
I too am glad that we were able to go to the family reunion this year and that Al was able to go as well.
Al will be missed and remembered and our thoughts and prayers go out to the family at this sorrowful time but we also rejoice that Al is in his heavenly home and that is a much better place.

You could always count on uncle Al for a warm smile and a friendly hello at every Martin family gathering, and of course uncle Al would always have a good story to tell. I too am glad I got to see him at the family reunion this summer. He will be missed and remembered.

I always enjoyed visiting with Alvin at the Martin Family gatherings. Alvin, as I, married into a large family of 10 children. We had alot of good times and us in-laws had to stick together, smile. I was so glad that Alvin was at our last family gathering this summer. He will be missed by all. I know he is with God now and celebrating in his Heavenly Home.
