OBITUARY:

BRANDT - Beverly Brandt, aged 74, of Hudsonville, loving wife, mother and grandmother, went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, November 17, 2009. She was especially proud of and loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, James and her children, Janet and Scott George, Joy and Kent Walley, Jim and Brenda Brandt; her loving grandchildren, Owen George, Philip and Stephen Walley, Jacob, Caitlyn, and Nathan Brandt; her sister-in-law, Roanne Mohr; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Loren and Carol Brandt, Marcia and Ken Wierda, Judy Motman, Tom and Terri Brandt, Kathy Brandt; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Abram and Leila Mohr and her brother, Kenneth Mohr. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the Fellowship Reformed Church (enter door A) with Rev. Michael Van Buren, Rev. Shawn Hulst, Rev. John Zwyghuizen, and her son-in-law, Rev. Kent Walley officiating. Interment Blendon Township Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family at the VanderLaan Funeral Home Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland.
