ELLITHORPE - John Wesley Ellithorpe, age 82, of Grandville, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 15, 2009. John proudly served our country as a member of the US Army stationed in Hawaii and served our community for over 28 years as a middle school educator. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy. He will be dearly missed by his three daughters, Anne Ellithorpe, Joy Ellithorpe, Jayne Ellithorpe; cousin, John Griep; and many other family members and dear friends. Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 a.m. at Grandville Bible Church, 4122 44th Street SW, Grandville, with Pastor Bryan Jones officiating. Interment Grandville Cemetery.
