While I did not know Joe personally that well, I knew him from Respite. His testament of kindness, politeness, honesty and reverance can be seen in his son, Sam. He is a fine young man and made his father proud. Under difficult circumstances, Sam stepped up and took over as "Man of the family". Never an easy task, neverless Sam has handled the challenge with dignity and grace. I know how honored Joe was to see his son turn into a fine young man. I don't know Joe and Kathi's other son, but I am sure he is a fine example of Joe as well. May Joe now rest in peace pain-free. Ginger and Russ Wilkinson
