FICELI - Mr. Robert Ficeli, aged 77, of Grand Rapids, Veteran of Korean War, went to be with the Lord Thursday, December 18, 2008. Surviving are his loving wife of almost 36 years, Marilyn Ficeli (nee Bozung); his daughter, Barbara (Tim) Latimer; two grandchildren, Geary LaMar, Chad LaMar, four great grandchildren; his sisters-in-law, Lucille Snell, Sandra (William) Forschler, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Mark Brown, and siblings, Ferdinand, John, Santino Ficeli, Julia Brown, Augusta Myles. Bob was employed by the C & O Railroad and later was the proprietor of the Tiki Lounge, Eastern Avenue Car Wash and West Michigan Unclaimed Freight. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus, Catholic War Veterans. A Mass of Christian Burial and Committal Service will be celebrated Saturday 1 p.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. He will repose in church one hour prior to Mass. Interment Rosedale Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Arsulowicz Brothers, Remembrance Mortuary, 3525 Remembrance Rd., where a Rosary will be prayed Friday at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions to Parkinson's Foundation of W.
