Stephen Park

Died Wednesday morning November 19, 2008. Stephen was born June 21, 1955 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of James and Melba (Manning) Park. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of his life and was employed with Kalamazoo County Care-A-Van. He was preceded in death by his father, James Park; and two nephews. On April 5, 1975, he was united in marriage to Betty J. (DeVries) Park who survives. Also surviving, two children, Kevin (Roni) Park and Jennifer Park all of Portage; four grandchildren; his mother, Melba Park of Kalamazoo; four brothers and sisters, James (Karen) Park of Melbourne, FL, Linda Park of Kalamazoo, Diana Lukins of Portage and David (Wendy) Park of Comstock; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends may meet the family 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday at the Milwood United Methodist Church, 3919 Portage Rd. Private burial will take place at a later date.
