Margaret Schofield

Mrs. Margaret Schofield, age 95 of Walker, and formerly of Newaygo, died Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at the Sanctuary at St. Mary's in Walker. She was born Margaret DeYoung in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Tina (Goeree) and John DeYoung on July 9, 1913. She married Aubrey Schofield on May 26, 1937 in Grand Rapids and he preceded her in death on March 30, 1998. She is survived by her son, Ronald and June Schofield of Cedar Springs; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren; special nieces, Sandy and Judy, one sister. Funeral Services will be held at (noon) 12:00 p.m. from the Rosedale Memorial Park, Grand Rapids, on Friday, November 21, 2008, with Pastor Jeff Gunderman officiating. Interment in Rosedale Memorial Park. Visitation from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday prior to the service. Mckinley Funeral Homes
