I will always remember grandma as a quiet woman who always said what she thought. The way she and grandpa always teased each other. More often than not though when grandpa pulled a joke grandma would just laugh and jokingly tell grandpa to stop it. They had a great love that most people could only dream of. Being with them every Sunday at church or going to there house always made me feel loved and safe. Grandma, grandpas gone now and it makes me miss you even more love ya

Dear Lester and family,
I will never forget Helen and her smile and laughter. I always looked forward to seeing both of you when you visited Alabama and remember those times so vividly. They were filled with laughter. I have wonderful memories of ya'll when you lived just a couple of miles from us for a short period of time. I must have been just a pre-teen then. Lester, I know you will miss her so much. Please know all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Melanie (A.M. "Shorty" and Rebecca Pressnell's granddaughter)
