Marcia was my secretary when I worked at B&D. She was the best secretary I ever had. Marcia was kind, calm, helpful, and fun to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.

I had the great pleasure of being Marcia's seatmate for a couple of years. She was always so positive and upbeat and that was an inspiration to me. One of the things I remember about sitting next to Marcia was that she always had Junior Mints and pretzels at her desk. She was a funny, generous and loving lady. She will be missed.

I was always lifted by Marcia's infectious smile and enjoyed her calm, quiet presence in an otherwise fast-paced and sometimes stressful atmoshere. I never saw Marcia show the stress, though I know she must have experienced it at times. And what a beautiful photo of her on this memory page- it captures her essence and beauty.
Marcia always seemed so devoted to, and in love with, her family. I hope you all find a sense of peace and reassurance in that knowledge at this difficult transition in your lives.

Marcia was a wonderful person -- kind, patient, sweet, and funny. I miss her, and I feel fortunate that I had a chance to get to know her. To her family, thank you for sharing her with us. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

When I was a new Baker & Daniels floater, I met Marcia while working at her desk a few times. She was very kind, welcoming, and helpful to me. I appreciated her upbeat and arms-wide-open attitude toward me as a new employee. She will be greatly missed at B&D.

I've known Marcia for many years and always found that she was a very kind and considerate person. She seemed to always have a smile on her face and always willing to stop and say hello. Her kind and quiet presence will be greatly missed, and we will forever hold a special place in our hearts for her. My prayers are with her family and friends.

Marcia was not only a wonderful legal secretary but just a lot of fun to be around. We will all miss her.

I first met Marcia when I relocated from Baker & Daniels' north side office to the downtown office, moving into a floater secretary position. I was filling in for her seatmate, and we talked a little bit. She was a very gentle, quiet and friendly person. I also remember talking with her before I sat at her desk. She explained aspects of a project she was working on for her attorneys. I could tell that she loved her work, and I was very touched by her kindness and appreciation for the help, as well as helping me understand her project. I wish I could have gotten to know her better, but I eventually took a position on another floor and didn't get to see her as often, but I was so sad to hear of her illness and loss. Marcia's family will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

I always enjoyed speaking with Marcia. She was such a kind person. I remember her telling the story of the bees building their hive in her porch. As serious as it was, she made me laugh when she told about it. I will miss her terribly. My deepest condolences to her family.

When I joined the Baker & Daniels, Marcia was assigned as my legal secretary. Quickly, she became my first friend at the firm.
Even though I was reassigned to another floor in the building and to another secretary, Marcia always made time to visit and "catch up" about my kids, her kids, and her grandbaby.
I will miss her.

I have only known Marcia for the short time that I have been at Baker & Daniels. However, she was one of the individuals that was always kind and very helpful at all times. Marcia was a joy to work with.
