Most of my memories of Aunt Sally were prompted by photographs my dad took of Sally and my mom (Cecilia Wise) taken at Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes in Glen Arbor Michigan. It must have been around 1958, and I was 4 years old at the time. I've seen the pictures for years, and can only say that Sally and my mom looked like movie stars. They were driving in a red and white convertible that used to give rides in the dunes. They both had red scarves in their hair, and were gorgeous. I think we were staying at a vacation on Traverse Bay, and Uncle George had his red motorboat docked behind the house. I knew even at the age of 4 that this was a special time, and these were special people.
Thanks to George, or whoever put together the "Life Story" about Sally.

My first husband, Peter Manley, came to work for Continental Motors from San Diego in the 60's. We became part of the circle of friends which included Jean and Ken Covey, Don and Edna Hulander. Sally always just sparkled when you were around her. So kind, loving and a wonderful sense of humor. She and George had so much fun together. Just a great gal.

Dear Zambiasi Family,
We want to extend our sorrow in the passing of Sally. It was our pleasure to care for her and to meet her wonderful family. We hope in some small way we were able to make a difference in her last earthly days.
Thank you for coming to "OUR HOME". May God Bless You Always
