Adams, Laverne 12/9/1933 - 2/24/2015 Comstock Park Laverne Ruth Adams age 81 passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital with her family at her side. She spent her life volunteering to help others. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Arthur; children, Larry and Libbie Adams, Sherry and Jack Van Arsdall, Mark and Gay Adams, Terry and Teresa Adams, Amy and Ace Thebo; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister in law, Alma Gillett; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28, 11:00 A.M. at Plainfield Christian Church. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery. Friends may meet the family at the Funeral home on Friday, 5 to 8 P.M. and at the Church on Saturday, 1 hour prior to the service.
