Michelle L. Brack

Michelle Lee Brack, “Shelly”, age 57, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, February 5, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Racine, November 7, 1957, daughter of Edward and Janet (Nee: Smith) Brack.

Surviving are her children, David “Toot” Brack and Amber Brack; grandchildren, Cali, Silas, and Evey; her mother, Janet Claybrook; sister, Cheri Salamone; other relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Brack and step father, Melvin Claybrook.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, February 15, 2015, 1:30 P.M. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 510 Kewaunee Street, with Rev. Jack Gilbert officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Sunday at the church from 12:30 P.M. until time of service at 1:30 P.M.
