Jennifer Kay Maresh

Jennifer Kay Maresh, age 50, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Central Wisconsin Center, Madison, WI. Jennifer was born in Racine, April 17, 1964, daughter of Elinor I. (Nee: Dow) Wendt and Jon J. Maresh. Jennifer enjoyed shopping, swimming, music, and loved the outdoors, especially the sensation of wind, rain, and snow upon her face. She will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her parents, Elinor I. Wendt of Neoga, IL, Jon J. Maresh of Racine; her sister and brothers, Julienne (Kevin) Russ of Hoffman Estates, IL, Paul (Felecia) Maresh of Lexington, SC, Eric (Kay) Maresh of Racine; nephews, Mason, Jacob, and Adam; great-nephew, Ayden; other relatives and many dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, January 30, 2015, 11:00 A.M. at St. Edward Catholic Church, 1401 Grove Avenue, with Rev. Allen Bratkowski officiating, assisted by Deacon Russell Missureli. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Friday at church from 10:00 A.M. until time of Mass at 11:00 A.M. Memorials to the Central Wisconsin Center, 317 Knutson Drive, Madison, WI 53704 have been suggested.

The family extends a special thank you to Jennifer’s foster grandmother, Virginia, for all of her love given to Jennifer through the years.
