Robert Paul Teusink, age 80, of Holland, Michigan, passed away January 20, 2015 in Holland Hospital.

Paul was preceded in death by his mother and father, Elmer and Anne (Walters) Teusink. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Daisy Teusink; brother, Chaplin Elmer Don Teusink; and brother-in-law, Harvey J. Brower.

Paul is survived by his wife of 25 years, Carol Teusink. He is also survived by his daughter, Debra (Scott) Behrmann; granddaughter, Michelle Behrmann; sister, Marianne Brower; daughter, Judy Garvelink; son, Tim (Sue) Garvelink; son, Ken Garvelink (Kathy Swifney); daughter, Jill (Jerry) Glover; eleven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Paul and his wife have been members of Rose Park Reformed Church for 25 years. Paul spent his days working as an automotive technician at different dealerships throughout the Holland area. Paul and Carol spent many happy years together travelling the country on their motorcycle.

A visitation will take place Friday, January 23 from 6 to 9 pm at Dykstra Funeral Home – Northwood Chapel; 295 Douglas Ave. A funeral service will take place Saturday, January 24 at 11 am at Rose Park Reformed Church; 14241 Rose Park Dr., officiated by Reverend Dave VanOpstall.

Memorial contributions may be made in Paul’s memory to the American Diabetes Association or the Rose Park Reformed Building Fund.
