Donna Mae DeWeerd, age 90, of Baldwin, formerly of Holland died Friday, January 9, 2015 at Grand Oaks Nursing Center.
Donna was a member of Graafschap Christian Reformed Church.
She is survived by her children: Mark and Kathy DeWeerd of Holland and Cindy and Rick Polinskey of Baldwin; daughter-in-law: Teri DeWeerd of Hagerstown, MD; along with 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren who were all her pride and joy!; sister-in-law; June Gebben of Holland. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald in 2008, son Gary DeWeerd in 2013 and a great grandson Hayden Oliver in 2014.
A funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Dykstra Funeral Home – Downtown Chapel 29 East Ninth Street in Holland. Reverend Henry Vanden Heuvel will be officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
