Dorothy Bisaillon

Dorothy Marie Bisaillon, 91, of Bourbonnais passed away at Our Lady of Victory December 17, 2014. She was born December 5, 1923 in Virden, IL, the daughter of Emil and Mary (Fassero) Borella. On August 5, 1950 Dorothy married Robert Bisaillon and he passed away August 17, 2003. Dorothy was a cook for Olivet Nazarene University for twenty years, retiring in 1988. She was a graduate of Kankakee High School, a member of Maternity BVM, past president of the St. Anne Sodality of Maternity, she enjoyed reading and cooking.

She is survived by her family: son Emil (Mikal Ann) Bisaillon of Bourbonnais, daughter Tina (Mike) Brown of Mesa, AZ, son Dave Bisaillon of Bourbonnais, daughter Kathy (Carl) Smith of Bourbonnais, son in law Bill Scivally of Bradley and daughter in law Tina Bisaillon, 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, spouse, 1 brother Emil Borella, 1 sister Alice Dauphin, 1 great granddaughter Malissa Scivally, 1 daughter Donna Scivally and a son Joe Bisaillon.

A time for family and friends will be held at the Bourbonnais Chapel of the Schrefffler Life Story Funeral Home, Saturday, December 20, 2014 from 9-11am with a Funeral Mass to follow at Maternity BVM Catholic Church at 11:30am. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery.
