Phyllis G. Chapman 81, of Shelbyville, IL formerly of Schoolcraft, MI passed away at 4:40 PM Monday Dec. 15, 2014 in Taylorville Memorial Hospital in Taylorville, IL. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday, December 19, 2014 in Lockart-Green Funeral Home in Shelbyville. Rev. Dean Cripe and Rev. Roger Quarton will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Thursday. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville. Memorials may be made to the Westervelt Christian Church or the donor's choice.
