Nina D. Jensen, age 74, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Willowgreen. Nina was born in West Allis, WI, November 17, 1940, and was raised by her parents, Gerald and Josephine Mayhew.

Nina was employed by S.C. Johnson Wax for thirty-seven years. Nina’s love of art was carried through her skills teaching various forms including: oil painting, card making, scrapbooking, sewing, flower arranging, and ceramics. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Red Hat Society. Nina was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her children, Mary (John) Corlette of South Milwaukee, David Jensen Jr. of Racine, Brian (Mary) Jensen of Racine; seven grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; her mother, Josephine Mayhew; brothers and sisters, Robert (Jan) Mayhew of Clinton, TN, Jeralyn (Mike) Macier of South Milwaukee, Francis (Jean) Mayhew of Pewaukee, Susan (Glen) Hammerling of Dude City, FL, Gerald (Julie) Mayhew of Elm Grove, WI; dear family friends, August and Joann Priemer of Tucson, AZ; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Mayhew.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014, 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. Memorials to the family for her grandchildren’s education have been suggested.
