Clara Dorothy (Ritsema) Blazo

Blazo, Clara (Ritsema) Clara Dorothy (Ritsema) Blazo, age 95, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband Morris and infant daughter Nancy. She is survived by her children, Diane Scott of Ada, Frank Blazo of Grand Rapids, David and Pam Blazo of Rockford and Joel and Anne Blazo of Lowell; her grandchildren, Julie and Ryan VanderRoest, Lisa Blazo, Mark Blazo and Evan Blazo; many nieces and nephews. She loved being outdoors in the beauty of nature. She had many hobbies, including reading, gardening, crocheting rugs and rug hooking. At her request, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service. The family will greet visitors on Sunday, November 23 at Roth-Gerst Funeral Home from 2-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lowell Area Historical Museum, 325 W Main St, Lowell, MI 49331.
