Rapa, Brandon M. Kalamazoo Age 23, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. Brandon was born in Kalamazoo on June 10, 1991 to Arnold L. Rapa and Elizabeth "Liz" A. Papierz. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Justin Bloomfield; grandparents, Olivia Rapa, Rudy Papierz and Karen Deau; uncles, Erik Rapa and Greg and Andy (Sara) Papierz; aunt, Rosanna Hoffman; cousins, Anna Rapa, Kalsie Hoffman, Mya Papierz (Reyna), Isabella Papierz and Hayden Haskins; girlfriend, Jenna Munn and several close friends. Brandon was preceded in death by his grandfather, Imants Rapa. He was a 2009 graduate of Comstock High School. Brandon was known for his loving nature and heart of gold; a friend to everyone. He was extremely talented in all facets of music and especially enjoyed singing and song writing. He will be missed by all whose hearts he touched. A memorial service to honor his life will be held on Friday, October 24, 2014 at 1PM at Kalamazoo Community Church, 2435 N. 26th St., Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
