Steven Burge, age 59, of Holland, passed away peacefully, Tuesday September 30, 2014, at his home.
Steve credits Pineview Homes with putting him on the right track in life and he later graduated from Jordan College. He had been employed by Haworth where he was a Computer Program Analyst.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Burge in 1998; father, Donald in 1988; sisters, Marcia in 1974 and Debbie 1999; brother, Denny in 1999.
Surviving is his wife, Linda of 37 years; daughters, Annette and Matt Guinn and Rachel and Cleve Porter; 5 grandchildren, Ashten, Natalie, Melanie, Amber, and Logan; mother, Mary Imel; brother and sisters, Michael Burge, Sue Burge, and Tammy Myers; in-laws, Willard Reed and Karlene McIntosh, Bonnie Reed, and June Reed.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue, with the Rev. Larry Young officiating.
Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 pm Sunday at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Northwood Chapel.
