Arthur (Van Sweden), Mildred E. Mildred, E. VanSweden, aged 94, of Cedar Springs formerly of Kentwood, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, September 27, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Sam VanSweden, Fred Arthur; and her brother, George Drake. Surviving are her children, Judy (John) Young, Mary (Ron) Pochman, Bonnie Hunting, David VanSweden, Karl (Sue) VanSweden; grandchildren, Ronald Pochman, Jr., Samuel Pochman, Sara VanSweden; six great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Betty Drake; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at the Stroo Funeral Home, with Rev. Terry Frazine officiating. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery.
