BIGOROWSKI-SHUTICH - Kathleen R. Bigorowski-Shutich, age 85, passed peacefully September 26, 2014 with family by her side. She is survived by the love of her life, Robert J. Shutich Sr.; Children, Barb (Tim) Czarnopis, Mike (Pat) Bigorowski, and Mary (Steve) Neuman; Grandchildren Blake (Sarah) Bigorowski, Ashley (Roe) Bigorowski, Tara (Jim) Bigorowski; and Great Grandaughter, Charlotte Bigorowski. She was also “Mom” to Steve (Nancy) Shutich, Patricia (Tom) Salamone, Grandma and Great Grandma to the Shutich Family and Czarnopis Family. Kathleen was preceded in death by husband Gerald R. Bigorowski. Kay retired from Steelcase, was a charter member of the American Legion Post 258 and spent most of her retirement years in Marco Island, Florida enjoying boating, golfing, Red Hats, Tea Ladies, watching dolphins from her condo, spending time with the love of her life and dancing every chance she had. A special thanks to the staff of Raybrook Manor and Faith Hospice for the loving care they showed for Kay. She was loved and will be missed by all. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday, October 1st at Holy Spirit Parish, 2230 Lake Michigan Dr. NW. Friends are invited to visit with her family on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, with a Rosary at 7:30, at Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes, 2120 Lake Michigan Dr. N.W.
