Gary L. Beiley, age 79, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Wheaton Franciscan – All Saints Medical Center. Gary was born in Racine, January 10, 1935, son of the late Louis and Katherine (Nee: Parsek) Beiley.

On September 19, 1959 at St. Edward Catholic Church he was united in marriage to Bernadette Perkins who preceded him in death, July 16, 1988. Gary graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1961 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. A very dedicated worker, Gary was an engineer at J.I. Case Company for thirty-five years, retiring in 1997. An avid outdoorsman, Gary enjoyed hunting and camping with his family. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and be deeply missed.

Survivors include his sons, Jeff (Tracy) Beiley of Buford, GA, Edward Beiley (fiancée, Melissa Biedlingmaire) of Waukesha, Brian Beiley (Marshan Bertoux) of Racine; six grandchildren, Tiffany, Alex, Nic, Brittany, Katelyn and Jaden; nine great-grandchildren; twin sister, Geraldine (Richard) Kroupa of Racine; sister-in-law, Virginia “Gini” Beiley of Racine; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his son, Timothy; and brother, Elwood.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 26, 2014, 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Friday at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 12:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer’s Foundation have been suggested.
