Teresa Skutnik, age 71, of Holland, passed away, after a long battle with ovarian cancer, Thursday, September 11, 2014.
She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, and a lifelong resident of Holland.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Dorothy (Stuve) Skutnik.
Surviving is her sister and brothers, Cecilia Graham of St. Clair Shores, Michael and Pam Skutnik of White Lake, Vince and Karol Skutnik of Holland, her cherished nieces and nephews, Karen Graham, Steve Graham, Brian Graham, Dan Skutnik, Erin (Skutnik) Hawley, Mary (Skutnik) Long, Sarah Skutnik, aunts Connie and Lorraine, cousins, and her beloved dog, Molly.
Teresa was an accountant and bookkeeper for many years with Sears and Batts. She was an avid and accomplished bowler for more than 30 years. Her hobby turned business was ceramics, and she displayed her work many times at Art in the Park.
Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 195 West 13th Street.
Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
Visitation will be 7-9 pm Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder Chapel, 188 West 32nd Street.
