Age 88, passed away August 29, 2014. Betty was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, the daughter of John and Martha (Harris) Bayley. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed reading and travel. She was married to Richard Howard McIntyre on September 5, 1942. Surviving are her children, Margo (Fred) Brundage, Richard S. (Paula Ludwick, fiance) McIntyre and Traci (John) McIntyre-Persky. She is also survived by her six grandchildren: Ben (Heather) Brundage, Whitney (Bryan) Brundage-Talaga, Michael (Jodi) McIntyre, Katie (Jeff Parsons, fiance) McIntyre, Jacob Persky and Wilson Persky. Additionally, she is survived by seven great-grandchildren: Weston and Lila Brundage, Charles, Phoebe and Piper Talaga, and Keegan and Evan McIntyre. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Richard H. McIntyre, her parents and two sisters. Cremation has taken place at her request, and there will be no visitation. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Graveside Memorial Service held at Riverside Cemetery in Hastings, MI at 1003 State Road on Saturday, September 6th, 2014 at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice .
