Mildred “Millie” A. Braudrick, age 90, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at the Kenosha Estates. Millie was born in Racine, October 8, 1923, daughter of the late Joseph and Odelia (Nee: Jackley) Dederich.

On April 14, 1967 she was united in marriage to Robert O. Braudrick who preceded her in death, January 15, 2007. She was employed by Walker Manufacturing for twenty years. Millie was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church and Choir. An excellent cook and baker, Millie devoted her life to her family. She will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her children, Bernie (Heidi) Poulsen, Dave Poulsen (Debbie Mertins), Sue Simon; son-in-law, Ken Aiello; her grandchildren, Megan Smith, Rachel Smith (fiancé, Matt Marsolek), Michael (Jessica) Smith, Ryan Poulsen, Nina Moralez (fiancé, Dave McCoy), Jenny (Peter) Korakian, Erin (Blake) Schabowki, Megan Mertins, Kelly Mertins, Christian, Brian and Nicholas Simon; great-grandchildren, Nathan Smith, Devin Smith; sister-in-law, Beverly Dederich; brother-in-law, Richard Luedtke; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sue Aiello.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2014, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Jan Kwiatkowski officiating. Entombment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M. Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Foundation have been suggested.

A special thank you to her caregivers at Kenosha Estates and Seasons Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.
