Genevieve “Ginny” Dalla, age 90, of Portage died on Friday, July 11, 2014 at Tendercare of Portage. She was born on April 10, 1924 in East St. Louis IL, the daughter of John and Tillie (Czerminski) Noski. Ginny married Joseph Dalla on June 22, 1946 who preceded her in death in 2006. She worked for the Miller Lumber Company for 21 years and she enjoyed dancing and traveling.
Members of her family include 2 sons; John (Dawn) Dalla Las Vegas and Robert (Lucia) Dalla of Scotts, 4 grandchildren; Aaron, Chris, Parker and Brittany, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be celebrated Friday, July 18, 10:30 AM at St. Monica Catholic Church, 534 W Kilgore.
