Frances Baumann

Frances Baumann, age 85, of Holland was called into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 7, 2014 at her home.

Frances was a loving wife of 66 years, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister and friend. Frances was a member of North Holland Reformed Church where she was a children’s choir director and member of the Guild. Her home was a revolving door of hospitality and warmth and any and all were always welcome.

She is survived by her husband Howard Baumann; children: Dick and Kathy Baumann, Ron and Joan Baumann, Barb and Chuck Vander Zwaag, Judy and Terry VanDyke, Cindy and Doug Brouwer, Randy and Jan Baumann, Howie Jr. and Tammy Baumann all of Holland; 53 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild; brothers: Ivan and Judy DeGraaf of Holland, Ernie and Judy Prince of Holland, Jerry and Ruby Prince of Escalon, CA; sister-in-law: Marjorie Hoeve of Zeeland; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 10, 2014 at North Holland Reformed Church 12050 New Holland St.

Reverend Steve DeVries will be officiating.

Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 PM, Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Dykstra Funeral Home – Northwood Chapel 295 Douglas Avenue in Holland.
