Lloyd Goldsworthy

Lloyd John Goldsworthy, aged 90, of Caledonia, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2008. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Alta; children, Alta (Earl) Major, Lloyd Jr. (Susan) Goldsworthy, Beverly Goldsworthy, Susan (Charles) Gibson; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Lloyd enjoyed sports and was active with the Boy Scouts and Jr. Achievement. He worked until the age of 80. Lloyd served his country during WW II. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Caledonia), 616 E. Main St. with Pastor Dennis Gilbert officiating. Interment in Lakeside Cemetery. Members of the family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
