A funeral plan can be completed before or after a death. The information necessary is the same, regardless of the timing.

page are designed to provide the necessary information to help you begin this process. The Death Certificate Form and Life Story Questionnaire may be completed in advance by your family or, in most cases, will be completed by your funeral director. Either way, your family should be prepared to provide information for both documents.

There are many combinations of goods and services that you are able to select, but the Burial and Cremation Packages are provided to give your family some general ideas and help to narrow your choices. If you have questions or find that this is overwhelming, we will be glad to help you through them, either by telephone or in person.
