Shirley Dean

DEAN, SHIRLEY J. Shirley J. Dean, age 74, of Grand Rapids, went on to her heavenly home on Saturday, June 30, 2012, with her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Vivian Jones, husbands, George Brown and Paul Cochran, and her brother, Bill. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Johnny Dean; her daughter, Bonnie Hoffman with Mitch Bouwkamp; grandchildren, Steven Lambert, Stephanie Gruis, Nathaniel Gruis, Dakota Hoffman, Taylor Hoffman; great-grandson, Jayden; her sister, Beverly Finley; and brother, Bob Jones; many nieces and nephews. Shirley enjoyed travelling and was very active in her church. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4031 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming. A time of visitation with her family will be 10-11 AM Thursday prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society .
